Make the measurement between the two acromial extremities of the clavicles.
Measure the distance from the middle of your clenched fist to the acromial extremity of clavicle. A way to measure this distance is to grip a cylindrical object in your hand and measure the distance between the center of this object and the extremity of the clavicle. You must keep your arm straight and along your body. It is suggested to measure both arms and use the average.
Measure the distance from the floor to the top of the sternum (suprasternal notch). The suprasternal notch is located at the hollow at the base of the throat. This hollow is located between both sternal extremities of the clavicles.
The way to measure the inseam is to place a book between your legs and gently rise it upwards until you can feel it against your bone. Next, measure the distance from the floor to the top side of the book. The distance between your feet should be about 200 mm. Measurement should be done barefoot.
It is suggested to measure both feet and use the average measurement. To measure the foot length, put your back and yours heels against a wall. Next, place a ruler on the ground in contact with your big toe and parallel to the wall. Finally, measure the distance between the wall and the ruler.
